Terms of Service

1. The Service

brndmill generates short-form marketing videos from your product context and helps you publish them to connected social media accounts on a schedule you control.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

• You will not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish.
• You will not abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its providers.

4. Social account permissions

When you connect YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, you grant the Service permission to upload and publish videos on your behalf, and to read public metrics for your published posts. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account or through the platform’s own settings.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant brndmill a limited license to host, process, render, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Plan limits (renders per month, quality tiers) are enforced as described in the product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create legal or security risk.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, brndmill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
